A night out

WOW! Was today not the most beautiful day we've had in a long time! Incredibly warm. Sun shining bright. Gentle breeze blowing. I spent my lunch break munching on my kale salad with roma tomatoes and avocado, lying in the sun watching people pass by.

But last week... I did promise you all some pics from my Thai dinner with Brock on Saturday so here you go...

I put on my new dress, Brock put on a sexy suit I hadnt seen before , and we ventured up the road to a local Thai restaurant that I had been too before knowing they could do us a RAW dish.
We sat amongst warm mood lighting, candle light, and other people out on a Saturday night enjoying dinner.

First up we both had big young coconuts - spilling at the top with fresh, cold, coconut water that was so deliciously refreshing. And the flesh was perfect - not too thick, not too thin and a beautiful colour. YUM!


And then for dinner we both had a melange of asian greens and crisp colourful vegetables, with a squeeze of lemon to taste.


Simple. Fresh. Tasty.
